TAIEDI LINDA L. (BOGESDORFER) Age 65, of Jefferson Hills, formerly of Whitaker, passed away on September 11, 2013. Beloved wife of Danny Chief Taiedi; devoted mother of Carrie Howard; grandmother of Ashley (Robert) Nebel; sister of Robert Bo (Wagner) Bogesdorfer and Henry G. Bogesdorfer; stepmother of Kimberly (John) Francis; step-grandmother of Helen, Roger and Danny Francis; aunt of Sean and Jesse Bogesdorfer; daughter of the late Lucille and Henry Bogesdorfer. Chief and Linda were the owners of the famous Some Place Else Bar in Baldwin for 17 years, the Jefferson Hills Motel and the Saddlebrook Stables of South Park. Visitation will be on Saturday and Sunday from 1-8 p.m. at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, 5115 Centre Ave., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15232.
