MARSHALL JEAN McGOWAN Of Fox Chapel, died Saturday, November 16, 2013, in Middlebury, Vermont. She was the wife of the late Watson Cowan Marshall. She was predeceased by her son, David McGowan Marshall on April 4, 2012. Mrs. Marshall is survived by her daughters, Margaret Marshall Carothers of New Haven, Vermont and Helen Marshall of Bristol, Rhode Island and Englewood, Florida.
