Son of the late Everett and Margaret Shaffer Fletcher; stepson of Beatrice Fletcher; beloved friend of Dorene Falce; brother of Gretchen O'Neill (Bill) and the late Gary Fletcher; uncle of Kelly O. Kasznel (Ken), Kristen O. O'Neal (James), and Erin O. Musciano (Steve); and many grandnieces and nephews. Robert Fletcher was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and served in the U.S. Air Force.
