BRETHAUER WALTER J. Age 92, of Ross Township, on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Born in Troy Hill, Pittsburgh, PA, on November 7, 1920, he was the son of the late Walter C. and Hildegard (Dietrich) Brethauer. Also preceded in death by one brother, the late Louis Brethauer. Loving husband for 67 years of Martha (Eayre) Brethauer; beloved father of Jill M. (David Samuel) Brethauer, Charles D. (Paula) Brethauer, and Janet L. (Joseph) Conroy; proud grandfather of Andrew Brethauer, Brian Conroy, and Chris Apperson; and great- grandfather of Riley Apperson; also survived by his beloved cat and friend, Tony. Friends are invited to a celebration of Walter's life on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 11 a.m. in the Allegheny Unitarian Universalist Church, 416 W. North Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15212. Family will welcome friends at the church beginning at 10 a.m. until time of service in addition to time following services.
