YOUNG JOHN S. JACK Age 92, of Collier Twp., on Sunday, January 12, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Mildred I. Jarvis Young; loving father of Rev. Sandra (Rev. Robert) Jordan and the late Johnny Young; son of the late John and Hazel Young; brother of Margaret Rix of Colorado and the late Joan Anderson; also survived by three granddaughters, Amy (Joseph) Solomon, Emily (Gary) Toulouse, and Virginia (Edward) Heinzl; and nine great-grandchildren. Mr. Young was a proud U.S. Army World War II veteran, having served with the 705th T.D. Battalion at the Battle of the Bulge. He worked for many years as a foreman for Bundy Industries in Crescent Twp. He was a 60 year member of Lafayette Lodge #652 F & AM. He was an active member of Carnegie United Methodist Church and past president and lifetime member of the Pittsburgh District United Methodist Men. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at HENNEY, BRADWELL & NIRELLA FUNERAL HOME, 524 Washington Ave., Carnegie, where Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. Rev. Matthew Price and Rev.
