ROSE ANTOINETTE LOCASCIO “TONI” Age 92, of Asbury Villas in Mt. Lebanon, formerly of Beaver, PA, on Wednesday, January 22, 2014. Daughter of the late William and Mary (Palumbo) LoCascio of the Beaver Fruit Market; beloved wife of the late Garrett Rose; devoted mother of Mary Rose (Ralph) Cindrich and Terri Bleil (Thomas) Torchia, both of Pittsburgh; loving grandmother of Michael Cindrich (Courtney) of San Diego, CA, Christina Cindrich, also of San Diego, Lisa Bleil (Tyler) Tuck of Seattle, WA, Jessica Bleil (Robert) Walters of Mt. Lebanon, and Beth Bleil (James) Malone of Washington, D.C., all formerly of Mt. Lebanon; sister of Theresa (Jack) Swager of Florida and the late Josephine Guglielme; also survived by her precious great- granddaughter, Mackayla Rose Cindrich; and many wonderful nieces and nephews. Toni would have wanted to thank the staff at Asbury Villas for the excellent loving care she received and her many friends there. She was very involved in the prayer group, playing bridge and poker, musical events, socializing, along with welcoming new residents with a smile and kind words for all. Toni was formerly employed as an executive of the Federal Housing Agency Beaver County, Executive Director of the Lawrence County Housing Authority, Beaver County Government and the Beaver County Community Mental Health Center. She was a charter member of the Beaver Valley Toastmistress Club, serving in all offices locally along with regional and national councils. Toni was a former member of several duplicate bridge clubs, the Mt. Lebanon Golf Association and the Keynoters of Mt. Lebanon. She enjoyed the New York Times Crossroad puzzle, reading, collecting angels, and attending her cherished grandchildren's activities. Friends will be welcomed at LAUGHLIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon, SUNDAY from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Bernard Church, Monday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment will be in Beaver Cemetery.
