CUTTER MOSES F., Jr. Age 62, of Plum Boro, on Jan. 30, 2014. Beloved husband of Mary A. Cutter; loving father of Moses F. Cutter III, Tammy (Billy) Staley and Kenneth Cutter; grandfather of five; brother of Pamela Cutter, Donna (Glenn) Loadholt and the late Roger Cutter; son of the late Moses, Sr. and Dorcas Cutter. In honoring his wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial services. He retired from the Navy after 21 years service and was currently working at CVS Caremark.
