BRISCOE DELPHINA BRAY Age 80, of Pittsburgh, was called to eternal reward on Saturday, February 1, 2014. Beloved wife of Willie T. Briscoe; mother of Solanda Delphina (Brian); sister of Patricia Matthews (William) of Dayton, OH; Jacqueline Grant of Hyattsville, MD; Beverly Crawford (George) of Pittsburgh, PA; Diana Peagler (Wilbert) of Southfield, MI; and Anderson Bray (Andrea) of Silver Spring, MD; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Delphina was educated in the Pittsburgh Public Schools where she later returned to work for four decades as a teacher, supervisor, principal, Director of Head Start, Regional Assistant Superintendent and Executive Director of Elementary Schools.
