GABAUER GRACE L. LEAVENGOOD 92, Patterson Twp., died Saturday, February 8, 2014, at Heritage Valley-Beaver. Born May 7, 1921 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Worth and Gertrude Spahman Leavengood. Grace was an avid card player and was involved in many bridge clubs over the years. She loved big band era music, flowers, and butterflies. Most of all, she enjoyed visits with family and watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow through the years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George D. Gabauer, May 8, 2013. She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, John D. and Janet Gabauer, Beaver and James A. and Sandy Gabauer, Chippewa Twp.; seven grandchildren and their spouses, Kathy and Mike DeLuca, West Mayfield, Susan and Jeff Saal, Brighton Twp., David and Lisa Gabauer, Chippewa Twp., Brian Gabauer, West Mayfield, Dennis and Marsha Gabauer, Center Twp., Lynn and Adam Eicholtz, Chippewa Twp., and Michael and Colleen Gabauer, West Lafayette, IN; 14 great-grandchildren, Gracyn Gabauer, Austin Saal, Devon Gabauer, Brendan DeLuca, Kelly Saal, Christopher DeLuca, Olivia Saal, Celeste Gabauer, Dominic Eicholtz, Logan Gabauer, Liam Gabauer, Vivian Eicholtz, Isabella Gabauer, and Keegan Gabauer; a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Evelyn Leavengood, Pittsburgh; and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. at the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME, 117 Blackhawk Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010, www.luttonfuneralhome.com, with Pastor Rodney E.
