BUSHEM LEONARD LENNY J., SR. Leonard J. Bushem, Sr., a Pearl Harbor survivor, age 92, of West Deer Township, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2014. He is survived by four daughters, Sandra Lee Dowdy, Cathy (Ron) Henderson, Nancy (Art) Hall, Barbara (Mike) Kidder; son, Leonard Bushem, Jr.; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four siblings, Faith DeLong, Pauline (Stanley) Tishman, Rosalie Dodson, Lawrence Bushem. In addition to his parents, Vito and Josephine (Columbus) Buscemi, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys (Green) Bushem; daughter, Judith Ann Schrott, and six siblings. Lenny's family will welcome friends from 12-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2014, at the KING FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, LLC, 2841 Woodland Circle in Allison Park. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 7, 2014, at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 2510 Middle Road in Glenshaw.
