RODRIGO T.M. NELSON, M.D. Age 71, of Upper St. Clair, on Wednesday, March 19, 2014. Beloved husband of 28 years to Bess; loving father of Ashley S. Rodrigo and Aubrey N. Rodrigo; brother of Ariyawansa Rodrigo, Malini Rodrigo, Lakshman (Krystyna Marcinkowska) Rodrigo, and the late Jayatissa, Somasiri, and Lionel Rodrigo; he was also a loving uncle and brother-in-law. Nelson was a longtime physician, retiring from Mayview State Hospital and Torrence State Hospital. Nelson was a big Arthur C. Clark novel reader, he loved Steelers football, and enjoyed walking the Peters trail. He had a huge heart, was there for everybody and will be sadly missed. No visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at the Hampton Inn, Bridgeville, Sunday, March 23, 2014, at 1 p.m. Memorials may be made on Nelson's behalf, to UNICEF.
