GOODMAN ROSE M. Age 92, of Murrysville, died Friday, March 21, 2014. She was born January 26, 1922, in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late Conrad and Jane Hunzinger Fritz. She was a veteran of WWII serving with the Marines as a parachute rigger and was a member of the Mother of Sorrows Church, Murrysville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent J. Goodman, in 1994; a son, Vincent J. Goodman, Jr. in 2005; and a brother, Eugene "Sonny" Fritz. Rose is survived by a daughter, Patricia "Patti" (Frank) Weiss of Murrysville; three grandchildren, Joseph B. Goodman, Robert F. (Molly) Weiss and Christopher M. Weiss; a great-granddaughter, Charlotte Rose Weiss; two sisters in Florida, Jane Keacher and Marge Stebbings; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at the HART FUNERAL HOME, INC., Murrysville. Additional visitation 11 a.m. to noon, Thursday, March 27, 2014, at the Mother of Sorrows Church, Murrysville, with a Funeral Mass at noon. Entombment will follow in the Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
