LEWIS THELMA L. Age 91, on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, of Baldwin Boro. Wife of the late Edwin A. Lewis; beloved mother of Linda Lewis and the late Ronna L. Clark; loving grandmother of Stacey L. (James) Tomko and Cheryl A. (Dave) Belsterling; mother-in-law of Robert R. Clark; great- grandmother of Kate Tomko and Brian and Alyssa Belsterling; also survived by her loving nieces and nephews; her longtime caregiver, Eleanore Roebuck; and her beloved dogs, Shelby, Piper and Binbo. Thelma was retired from the VA Hospital in Aspinwall where she worked as an LPN. Friends will be received at the JOHN F.
