Preceded in death by parents; sons, Jason and Dean Baxter; and stepdaughter, Kristen Phillips. Survived by her husband, David; sisters, Esther Urbas and Dorothy Dobrowski; brothers, Dr. John Pikulin and Paul Pikulin; a niece and nephews. Friends received Fri., July 26, STEPHEN D.
