PETERSON GINETTE L. Age 88, of West Mifflin, on August 6, 2013. Ginette was born March 30, 1925 in Paris, France. She was a daughter of the late Ferdinand and Andrée (Lebeau) Cauchon. She was a homemaker and taught French at the Berlitz School of Languages. She was an avid sun worshipper and enjoyed gardening and traveling. She was a great French cuisine cook and also a bird and animal lover. She unselfishly gave of herself to make people happy. She was a World War II war bride to the late Walfrid E. Peterson for 55 years. Mother of Christine Peterson of West Mifflin, David (Janet) Peterson of West Mifflin, Eric (Denise) Peterson of West Mifflin, and the late Jenny Cabray; grandmother of Hope, Linsey, Jonathan, Kelly, Tim, Benjamin, and Kristin; also 13 great- grandchildren; aunt of Barbara Glauser; cousin of Andrée Boucou and Laurent Boucou; special friend of Marcia Malloy and her family. Celebrate her life on Monday from 1-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the MALOY - SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, PA, 412-466-3300, where her Funeral Services will be held on Monday evening at 8:30 p.m. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery.
