POSCH ROBERT J. 67, of Squirrel Hill, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, July 30, 2013, while vacationing in Wyoming. Born in Rochester, PA, on April 25, 1946, Robert was the son of Joseph and Valerie Yakelis Posch and grew up in McKees Rocks. While employed at Duquesne Light Company, Robert attended night school at the University of Pittsburgh, studying business management. But after retirement, his classes focused on travel and tourism. He retired from Duquesne Light in 2001 holding the position of Human Resources Specialist with 36 years of service. Mr. Posch was a member of St. Bede Roman Catholic Church, Point Breeze, where he enjoyed participating in many parish activities. He enjoyed family vacations and had spent a week at Steamboat Springs, Colorado with family the week before he passed. Besides being an avid Steelers and Penguins fan, Robert also enjoyed golfing with friends twice a week, exercising at the JCC, reading newspapers, and novels by Brad Thor. Surviving are his wife, Ann E. Posch; two sons, Robert (Melissa) Posch of Gilbert, AZ and Ryan Posch of Squirrel Hill. Robert was the proud Pap Pap of two grandsons, Robbie seven years and Owen three years; also surviving is Robert's sister, Ruth Ann Donnelly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. on August 31 at St. Bede Roman Catholic Church located at 509 S. Dallas Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15208. Rev. Edward M.
