TRACY ARTHUR DAVID, JR. Arthur David Tracy, Jr., 91, of Moon Twp., passed away on Monday, August 26, 2013, after a recent illness. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy (Bender) Tracy; and a son, Stuart David Tracy. He is survived by his son, William Tracy; a daughter, Claudia Susan Tracy; and a friend, Shirley Strain.
